Managing Appointments: Each client is responsible for keeping track of their own appointment dates, times, and services; whether they have booked for themselves, a group, or for multiple future appointments.

Salon Glitter will try its best to accommodate, but is not liable for missed, forgotten, or last minute change of appointments. And the following cancellation policy will be applied at no exception.

Clients are not allowed to reserve multiple appointments for themselves.

Cancellation Fees:

Any cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment or not showing up shall be subject to a $20 cancellation fee per service during a client’s next visit. Certain circumstances will result in the inability to book an appointment until the cancellation fee is paid.

A client who performs a last minute cancellation or no show twice shall be subject to pay off their cancellation fee prior to booking their next appointment and may not book an appointment on the weekend. Clients who have two strikes may be subject to being blacklisted if there is an occurrence of a third strike.

Salon Glitter has the right to refuse service.

Large Groups/Parties: In addition to the above policy, any group or party whose services exceed a total of 6 servicing hours is subject to a $100 deposit. This $100 deposit will be used as a credit during your services.

An 18% gratuity will be automatically added to the party’s entire service. If a group is to cancel within 48 hours of their appointment or do not show up, the deposit will not be refunded.

Fix or Repairs: Nail services are guaranteed for 1 week. We will fix and repair nail services received at Salon Glitter within one week after getting it done. Salon Glitter is not responsible for nail polish after the client leaves. Please be careful for the rest of the day after receiving nail polish as it takes 24 hour to completely dry.
